FREE delivery in UK for all orders over £ 75! 

We deliver worldwide using UK Royal Mail: 1st Class Service for UK and Airmail Service for overseas deliveries.

However, it could be that your country has not yet been ‘registered’ into our operating system – particularly for some non–UK/non-Europe (Rest of the World) countries.  In this case when you proceed through the ordering process, an error notice will be generated, as follows:

If this should happen, please advise us through the Contact Form and we will remedy the situation – given Royal Mail does deliver to your locality.


Delivery Times
Items will usually be despatched within 24 hours of the order being received. 1st Class UK delivery usually takes 1-2 working days after posting. Under normal circumstances, Royal Mail aim to deliver Airmail Small Packets to Western Europe three days after posting, to Eastern Europe in four days and to countries outside Europe in five days. All delivery times quoted are approximate only, and cannot be guaranteed. Woneder Limited shall not be liable for any delays in delivery.


Customers will be notified by e-mail when their order has been despatched.  In the unlikely event of a non-delivery, customers must contact Woneder Ltd no later than 10 working days following the date of the 'Despatch Advice e-mail'.  After this period the order shall be deemed as delivered to the customer.

**Note: For Digital Prints add 10 working days to the above estimates.

Please ensure that you provide a correct and complete delivery address. If a parcel fails to be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address and is returned to us undelivered, we will not be able to re-send it. In those circumstances, we will refund your original payment minus your delivery charge, a 5% administration fee, and Customs Charges in the case of returns from outside the EEC. We shall not be liable for delays or losses caused by the provision of incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Force Majeure - Delivery Delays
Although we make every effort to deliver your order promptly, the Company shall have no liability whatsoever for any failure to perform, or for any delay in the performance of any of its obligations under the Contract arising wholly or in part by reason of any factor beyond its direct control.

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are according to Royal Mail Classifications (based on weight and dimensions of items).
UK: Gift Cards and Catalogues are classed as ‘Large Letter’, while all other items are classed as ‘Packet’.
Non –UK: Gift Cards and Catalogues are classed as ‘Printed Papers’, while all other items are classed as ‘Small Packet’.

Import Duties to Non-EEC Countries
All deliveries to non-EEC countries are as “Delivered Duty Unpaid”. We deliver to non-EEC countries on the basis that any such charges, should they become due, are paid by the recipient.
